Q:  What is parking like?

A:  Parking is either on 25A (directly in front of PALM), or we are part of "Old Schoolhouse Square" (Mario's) parking lot. Near the barber shop, there are steps that will lead you here.

Q:  What age range is this for?

​

A:  Our play space is recommended for ages 0-6, however, older children are always welcomed if they are into imaginative play!

​

Q:  Do you offer refunds?

​

A:  We offer credits for open play/events. Party deposits are also non-refundable. In the unfortunate event of a party cancellation, deposit may be applied as a one-time courtesy towards a future party booking.

​

Q:  Is outside food allowed?

​

A:  We have a variety of healthy prepackaged drinks, snacks, meals and treats for purchase in our cafe. Outside food/drink are permitted if your child is picky and/or have allergies. We just ask that food and drink stay in the cafe area (or party room) and not the play area.

Outside food is not permitted for parties; see package info for more information. ​

Q:  Are we required to take shoes off?

​

A:  Yes, please. Socks are required in the play area for both children and adults. Grip socks are recommended for children. Grip socks are also available for purchase. There are cubbies in the lobby for your belongings.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged items.

Q:  How can I get a discount?

​

A(1):  We offer memberships that work out to be our most discounted offer for frequent guests.

​

A(2) We offer sibling discounts at 10% off of each additional sibling with the purchase of a regular Open Play Session for 1st child.

​

(A3) Twin and/or joint birthday parties are a great way to save.

​
